4 — Personal Readiness

This is not simply a classroom course. The program includes teaching, observation, personal development, practical demonstrations, guided practice and supervised experience.

5 — Ethics, Confidentiality & Client Care

I understand that information shared by clients and fellow students must be treated confidentially. I will respect the dignity, privacy and personal boundaries of clients, students and facilitators. I will not photograph, record or publish client sessions or private training activities without permission. I understand that spiritual and holistic practitioner training does not constitute a medical or mental-health professional license. I agree to work within my training, competence and applicable professional requirements. I understand that being a practitioner requires integrity, responsibility and appropriate professional boundaries.

6 — Three-Month Residential Commitment

This is an intensive three-month residential program in Ghana.

Can you commit to the full three-month program? Yes. No.

For international applicants, are you prepared to arrange your passport, visa/entry requirements and flights to Ghana? Yes. No. Not applicable.

7 — Mandatory Accommodation & Feeding

All students are required to reside at The Ola’s Herbal and Spiritual Center for the full three-month program. Feeding is also provided by the center. Both arrangements are mandatory and charged separately from the US$5,500 training fee. The center will provide the applicable fees before arrival.

I understand that staying at The Ola’s Herbal and Spiritual Center is mandatory. I understand that the center’s feeding arrangement is mandatory. I understand that accommodation and feeding are NOT included in the US$5,500 training fee. I understand that accommodation and feeding will require an additional payment.

8 — Training Investment & Payment

US$5,500 tuition

Three months of in-person training in Ghana.
Teaching and practical sessions.
Practical demonstrations.
Guided and supervised practice.
Mentorship throughout the program.
Certificate of Completion, subject to completion requirements.

Not included

Mandatory accommodation — additional cost.
Mandatory feeding — additional cost.
Flights and transportation.
Visa/entry costs.
Personal expenses and personal training materials.

Choose your tuition-payment option Pay 50% after submitting: US$2,750. The remaining US$2,750 is due when you arrive at the center. Pay 100% after submitting: US$5,500.

After submission, continue to checkout and pay securely with expressPay or choose bank transfer. The bank account receives GHS, so confirm the GHS conversion with your bank before transferring. Payment confirms your application after the payment is received and verified.
