Training Application Privacy Notice

This notice applies specifically to applications for the Healing Practitioner Training & Mentorship program.

Information used for enrollment

The application asks for contact details, background, intentions, readiness, payment-option choice, acknowledgments and declaration information. You are not required to provide private medical information. Emergency-contact details should be supplied only with that person’s permission.

How the information is used

The information is used to arrange enrollment, provide bank-transfer instructions, administer manual payment confirmation and contact applicants about the program. Applications are not used to create public profiles, customer accounts, bookings or orders.

Storage and access

Applications are stored privately in this WordPress website in encrypted form. Access is restricted to authorized administrators responsible for enrollment and payment administration. Administrative notification emails contain only an application reference, payment-option summary and an authenticated admin link, not the applicant’s other answers.

Email and retention

The existing website mail system is used to send an acknowledgment to the applicant and an administrative notification. The center must adopt and document an appropriate retention schedule; until then, authorized administrators can review and securely delete applications individually.
