PRIVATE ROOM REGULATIONS

Ola’s Herbal & Spiritual Center

Sacred Space • Healing • Restoration

These regulations help us maintain purity, safety, and spiritual order within the center. Every client and staff member must follow them strictly.

1. Respect for the Sacred Environment

The private room is a healing space; treat it with reverence.

No loud arguments, disruptive behavior, or unnecessary noise.

Keep the room clean at all times.

2. No Unauthorized Persons

Only the assigned client and authorized staff may enter the room.

Strictly no visitors unless approved by management.

Staff entering for treatment must knock before entering.

3. No Sexual Activity

Sexual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited within the rooms.

Violation leads to immediate termination of stay and possible ban from the center.

4. No Alcohol, Drugs, or Intoxicants

Alcohol, hard drugs, and recreational substances are strictly forbidden.

Anyone under intoxication will be removed immediately.

Smoking is not allowed unless it is part of an authorized cleansing ritual.

5. Use of Candles, Incense & Spiritual Tools

Only staff-approved candles, incense, herbs, or spiritual tools may be used.

Clients should not light any flame or incense by themselves for safety reasons.

Report any smoke smell or fire hazard immediately.

6. Protection of Center Property

Do not damage or remove any item from the room.

Any breakage or loss must be reported immediately.

Clients will be responsible for intentional damages.

7. Hygiene & Cleanliness

Maintain personal and room cleanliness.

Dispose of waste properly; use bins provided.

Staff will schedule routine cleaning—clients should cooperate.

8. Safety & Security

Keep doors locked when inside or leaving the room.

Do not tamper with electrical sockets, appliances, or security fixtures.

Report suspicious activity.

9. Time Restrictions

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Lights-Out Time may be enforced depending on the program schedule.

10. Respect for Rituals & Healing Processes

Do not interrupt another client’s session or ritual.

Some rooms may carry ongoing energy work; respect staff instructions.

Negative behavior, insults, or resistance during healing work will not be tolerated.

11. Food Regulations

Only approved meals or herbal drinks are allowed in the rooms.

No strong-smelling foods.

External food must be approved for clients on strict spiritual or detox programs.

—

12. Check-Out & Departure

Room must be inspected before checkout.

All items must be returned.

Any outstanding issues must be settled before departure.

13. Consequences of Breaking the Rules

Warning for minor issues.

Immediate eviction for major violations (sexual acts, drugs, theft, violence).

Possible ban from future services
